I received a statement in January stating that I owe close to R500 and my monthly payment is R293. I then called to ask why n the consultant forced me that I subscribed 2x 500 mb, off which I never do,i always choose 30 days and I make sure I buy air time.before converting to data! Then he assured me that it will be unsubscribed! Then today I receive another statement n I now hv to pay 400 I call n ask y n 3 different consultants tell diff stories! They again tell me I subscribed 500 on the 7th of feb, and thats actually the day that I bot airtime and it was converted by me in to 500mb n I chose 30days, they took that R99 but they still add it to my statement, then ine consultant tell me that on the same day I went n subscribed another 500! Why would I buy 500 data bundles n subscribe another 500 on the same day? If thats the case why am I not receiving the monthly data that I subscribed? Y the **** wud u go and subcribe bundles knowing very well that u dnt hv airtime and knowing that I hv data avail? I want my.money back! And y am I getting 3 different stories from your consultants? I want my December money n make sure u do not deduct more than 292! I wont pay for ****!
