My Vodacom number, it is a ported number, rings 3 times for a caller before it actually rings on my handset. What is the problem Vodacom?

RO explained that LTE is the cause of this problem. If LTE is disabled it should disappear. Funny that, the problem is gone, for now, without me doing anything.
