Right lets go Vodacom! You have once again royally TICKED me off!

Let’s start with my upgrade which was due on the 19th of June (business contract). I sent multiple emails requesting deals or packages that were available for me to upgrade to. NO response whatsoever. So we called and was then told the phone I wanted was available to me, however you have no stock (first problem) so you asked me to go in store, so I get all the necessary documentation and the next day I head over to Vodacom Mall of Africa, they have stock thankfully, once I had finished signing all the papers the staff then tell me “we do not have any sim cards, so you will have to come back” (second problem) they seem to have resolved this by saying I can go and purchase a sim from another store and come back so they can do a sim swap, I thought this was fantastic news so I don’t have to waste any more time, so I buy one and go back in store, 20 minutes later I get told they cannot process the sim swap (neither off the system nor over the phone because the systems are down) right so now they tell me to take my papers take my sim card and phone and go back to my office and later phone through and do the sim swap myself! (third problem)

Happy to get out of the store cause I have already been there for an hour, to still not get anywhere really. I phone through and then am told to send through all the documents and sim details, this is done and we are later faced with the news the sim card I went and purchased can in fact NOT be used for a sim swap???! How the heck do you get that right? I am told one thing by people who I would really like to believe are trained by Vodacom to only realize they know absolutely nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! (how the heck is that store even open if they cannot supply sim cards? How do they do new contracts how is this possible?)

Anyway back to my problem, your head office is now telling me I have to go back in store and get the correct sim card so we can process the sim swap, I am sorry but I REFUSE! I am no longer wasting any of my time. If the phone was in stock and had been ordered online you would have sent me a sim card with the phone, so now YOU will send me a new sim card and have the sim swap done.
