Ridiculously poor service

I have been calling vodacom for months trying resolve a contract matter. The incomplete staff have shown absolute apathy to my request. It's as though all they do is ensure they get off the call and nothing happens after. For the past week I have spoken to 4 different consultants, all of whom are escalating the issue yet nothing happens after that . This service is beyond disgusting
