Ridiculous turn-around time, over promise and under deliver

<p>I have been strugling with Vodacom for over a month now trying to get feedback to why my data is running out when I am hardly ever conected to my router. Their responce everytime I follow up is that theey will escalete it but they never get back to me. Promises have been made several time that omeone will get back to me but no one does</p>
