Ridiculous stupid process
I'm about to lose my damn mind with trying to speak to someone about why my account has increased while I haven't changed anything on my accounts! Your stupid not 'Toby' or whatever the hell his name is tells me I failed the authentication because I can't remember about loading airtime last and having to repeatedly answer its retarded questions on repeat!!! How am I able to speak to a person with a brain to help me with my enquiry!
