Ridiculous service from Vodacom - It's been more than 7 days now and have not yet received my refund.

No help whatsoever from Vodacom after 7 days, I have not received any help and they have both the phone and the money, What type of service is this, really pathetic, I would not recommend Vodacom to anyone, please be careful folks.

This is ridiculous now, it been more than 7 days and have not received my money back, Vodacom has my money and the phone and I am left with nothing and no one is helping, what type of customer service is this, surely this is ******* as you cannot hold my money without paying it with additional interest, Can I please have my money. Folks I warn you, be careful when buying phones from Vodacom, they took my money and I also don't have a phone.
