Ridiculous service consultant don't know their job

My name is Carol I had a vodacom wifi and they canceled my service without even informing, I kept on calling them and each and every consultant was telling me a different story its either they don't want to work or they are not trained eventually I app**** for another account which took 4 days and the new router was delivered I am still waiting for activation even after 2 days I was told the ticked that I logged was going to take 48 hours to be assign and another 48 hours to be resolved I am so disappointed such a poor service
