Ridiculous Service!!!!!

<p>Good Day </p> <p>I did not want to post on Hello Peter but after 4 weeks of struggling with Vodacoms service and the people I have decided to right a little something. Every month around the middle of the month Vodacom disconnects my phone I cant make calls, internet , sms nothing whatsoever. As they KNOW we are paying via EFT directly into Vodacoms account and every month they doisconnect without informing us! It took my partner 4 weeks to sort out and activate my account because of people who dont listen nor are they focussing on what the customer is telling them. My phone has been activated for a week now today its the 17th of October and again its deactivated without warning. Previously we had to fax, email en make numerous calls with our prrof of payments and it took them 4 weeks to sort the problem out. I must say i have never come accross a company with staff that dont actually know what they are doing or why they are doing it. </p> <p>Very poor service !!!</p>
