Ridiculous service

I have taken out insurance on my phone to be covered when something might happen to my device. I have been taking this phone in for about 4-5 times for the same fault . Every time they fix it and then I use it for a while before giving me the same problems again. I have taken the phone in for repairs for over 3 weeks now and every time they send me a message that it has been booked for advance repairs. In the meantime I am still paying for a phone that is in repairs for most of the time. What do I have insurance for??
