Ridiculous procedure

I have just been to Vodashop in Russels street, Nelspruit for a quotation to fit new glass on camera of my Samsung phone, which is shattered. I was told that my phone has to be booked in for 5- 7 working days. How absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate....without even looking at my phone at all. Surely it cannot be rocket science to have the standard glass on a standard phone. Any reputable company provides instant quotes on standard items, without the customer being inconvenienced. The thought comes up that there is not enough commitment or competition, therefore the shabby service.
