Ridiculous internet speed

I signed up for a wifi service through you guys but the download (0.76 mbps) and upload (0.63 mbps) speeds leave little to be desired. Like how are you supposed to do anything with this ridiculousness? I know you don't care but taking money from customers with this kind of service should be *******.
