Ridiculous Insurance

I think the Cell sure insurance is totally ridiculous. I had a unfortunate loss of my Samsung S5. I being told my excess is 20% of the phone value, and further to this I have to take the same phone again, because the purpose is to be in the same position. If I have to pay a crazy excess shouldn't I at least be able to choose my phone!? Not happy and I will cancel my policy if this is the case.
