Ridiculous customer service at Vodacom.

Vodacom- what a shocker that they even have a few good reviews on here.

Why is there no negative 1 star? Vodacom’s service is absolutely ridiculous. Rude customer service agents who speak over their customers, without LISTENING.

Who is their Customer Service HOD? He/She should be ashamed of the service that the team provides. Actually, it should start at their recruitment department for employing agents who think it’s okay to speak to customers the way they feel they want to.
