Ridiculous billing

I am absolutely outraged by the ridiculous amount of money Vodacom is expecting me to pay this month. According to my contract, my monthly fee is around R1500. However, this month I am being billed for over R4000 - an unacceptable and unjustified increase. I received my upgraded device on June 27th, 2024, and on July 17th, I received a message saying I had used up 100% of my top-up limit. How is this possible?! I had my regular data plan plus the promotional data and minutes that came with my device upgrade. Mind you, today is the 7th of August and I still have a portion of that data remaining, but within just 10 days, I have not only used up all that data, but also 100% of my top-up limit? This makes absolutely no sense at all. I know for a fact that Vodacom has the capability to track my data usage in detail - when and where I used it. And I can say with cer*****y that my actual usage does not come anywhere close to justifying the exorbitant R4000+ bill I'm being charged. This is blatant ***** and ****ming on Vodacom's part. I have tried repeatedly to resolve this issue through emails and calls, but Vodacom has completely ignored my concerns. Their utter disregard for their customers is despicable. I am disgusted and deeply dissatisfied with this company and their ****ming tactics. I would strongly caution anyone against ever considering Vodacom as a service provider. They have demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, transparency and basic decency when it comes to their customers. Their priority is clearly profits over providing reliable, fair and transparent services. This experience has left me feeling completely powerless against Vodacom's blatant manipulation and dishonesty.
