Ridiculous

I went to a Vodashop on Saturday morning. I took my old phone with the new phone to help me transfer ONLY the contacts since it does not carry over for some reason. There I was told my phone is locked. Vodacom protect. For it to be unlocked I need to pay R150. HUNDRED AND FIFTY RAND JUST TO UNLOCK MY PHONE FROM AN "PROTECT"THING I HAVE NO IDEA WHY IT IS THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE OR USE IT? I was told "it happens when you take out your sim card" and put it in a new phone. No ****?! How was I suppose to know? Since when???????? Again some of that tiny info NO salesman tells you. Just another way Vodacom make sure they ******* customers just like with the way you use your data. I am forced to use it or it falls away. This is appauling and I wish with all my heart I did not need a phone.

So,I want someone to please contact me to unlock my phone so I can carry over the contacts since the gate number is on there to get into my complex. I refuse to pay that much money to just unlock my phone. I also intended to help out n friend to lend her my old phone. Now I can't. I much rather buy food with that R150!!!!
