Ridiculous
Absolutely ridiculous, was at Pavillion vodacom branch today to take out a new contract for a laptop, advertised in the catalogue hp amd for R299 pm stating 2Gb data day time and 2 Gb data night time, we were advised that there is a printing error on the catalogue and that their system only shows a 1Gb day and 1Gb night for this contract which we accepted then we were enquiring about the Sim only deals for data, 15Gb comprising of 10Gb day and 5 Gb night for R179 which we took as a contract, however I called the customer care and they advised me that this contract is only 5Gb day and 5gb night so what the hell is going on as this was not what I signed up for, if this is not corrected I will take this up further to the ombudsman and i will report this to consumer watch cause if clients are not getting what they signed up for its a ****, if this cannot be corrected I want this contracts canceled

04 Apr 2019, 18:21I want to return this product but I am being told that this is past 7 days however if I am waiting since the first time reported this for Vodacom to get back to me how is this any of my fault?? I am laying a complaint against Vodacom with National Consumer commission because I am not getting any assistance in this regard. either solve the query and give me exactly what I am paying for or take the contracts bac****
