Ridicoulas customer service!!
<p>It has been 2 weeks now waiting for a call back from the supervisor regarding a complaint on my soft block limit which did not work. I called 4 days in a row and no on could help and was promised EVERYTIME they will get back to me within the day. There systems are so slow that it take 3/4 minutes to pull up my details. It's absolutely pathetic service. </p>
