Rewnd not delivering on promises

I had a call from a rewnd consultant who informed me that for being such a valued customer they want to sent me a 2gig data sim for only R129, 00. But when I asked him why I should take the offer he said that vodacom are going te reduce my balance to R436, 00 per month. He gave me a long explanation as to why Vodacom wants to reduce my account. He confirmed three times that this amount will include my device, device insurance, U chooce flexi package, my 1gig on my phone, my 2gig router and my 2gig laptop as well as the new 2gig contract. This meant that my account would go from R2000 a month to R436. After he confirmed it three times and the manager also confirmed I said yes. I got the data sim a few days later. But my balance is now even more with an added R129.00 instead of being reduced all together to R436. What is going on??
