Rewardsco / Vodacom *******!

Terrible service and *****'s at Rewardsco working for Vodacom.

1st they trick me into a new contract, sold to me as a gift for being a long loyal existing Vodacom client. Treat me like trash when I visit their offices for an explanation. Then promise to get back to me, which they never!

I received a promotional call which 1 felt sounded like a good deal for my wife and I as I wouldn't pay more than I was already paying for both contract phones.

Next thing I know they are deducting 4times what I was already paying for our contract phones. When I call them, they promise to call me back but never did. Until I went to their offices, I've never felt so little in my life! They did not even have the audacity to face me, they decided to call me and address my complaint on the phone while I sat in their reception area. Funny, there is no recording of the call where their agent de*****ed me. They suspended the funds on both phones immediately and promised to call me tonight with feedback but til this hour, nothing!

The company belongs to theifs and has theifs for employees! I can't understand why Vodc6would accosiate themselves with such people. I am canceling all my contracts with Vodacom 1st thing tomorrow morning!
