Rewards promises not fulfilled

Promised minutes from the rewards department that has not been added to my account. After speaking to tons of people at Vodacom my issue is still not resolved.

I have since had to load 100 minutes to get by at a cost of R108 which I don't believe that I should be paying.

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of integrity and lack of service at Vodacom!!
