Rewards program glitches and data issues
Vodacom has a rewards program called vodabucks Which you earn by doing different things like airtime top.up. I loaded airtime on the 26th of dec and didn't get my vodabucks, called in 3 times and still nothint has been allocated! To top it off i bought data on the 2nd and it still unallocated, I cqlled and a query was logged but i don't understand why it wasn't loaded to me immediately and even the vodabucks for that won't reflect because the data is somewhere in the air even though fundw were debited from my acc
