rewards go customer care
rewards go customer care phones u and offers u vodacom contracts, when u agree on term and price be careful they change the term and pricing and when u query them they say they will cancel the contract and send courier to collect the phone that never happens. Phoned many times and they just say the courier will come once he have a delivery in the area, no courier phoned me in 8months time and just received a vodacom order from courier today. no assistance on canceling contract has been received. also went to my local vodacom store and they just gives you the *** number to phone were they advice u just to send a mail to ***

we need to warn public against vodacom rewards go, they phone and offer you a term and monthly premium but when u get you're details term is longer and instalment is more.
worst part is it is impossible to cancel this contract with them there service is so bad you will hold for 30min then they will just tell you they will call you back that never happens and they will say they received the phone it will be canceled and when u phone again they will say they have not receive the phone.
its been a year trying to cancel contract and phoned so many times just for no progress in cancelation
