Since my last review whereby they almost accused MTN as being the villain - I have had no communication from them & no refund even though I have requested action for 9 months now. How can they put one out of pocket for R400.00 pm on a ‘non order’ for so long. Always “it takes 14 days for cancellation to go through” please someone calculate how many 14 days there are in 9 months. I never ordered so why cancellation ???
