Rewards co messes up my upgrade with Vodacom

I am utterly disappointed in the results of my Vodacom upgrade via Rewards co. They got the upgrade completely wrong and now it is impossible for me the correct it as the Vodacom consultant may not assist me with return and cancelling the incorrect upgrade device. They also failed to complete the second upgrade. I have been with Vodacom many years but Rewards co is dragging them down. I'm seriously considering canceling all my Vodacom numbers. Third parties mistakes are taking up to much of the customers time and patients. They are *********** stop using them.
