It was about 3 months a go that I got a phone call and the people sold a wife device to me but I never reserved it,when I went to my nearest Vodafone shop and asked them to cancel it,they and me are having a lot of problems we have been phoning and phoning, but still nothing all of them say the same thing over and over, I am saying now if someone does not do anything now I will go to the news papers, these are just some of the numbers we had phoned ********** 690, ********** 666, ********** ,and here is just one of the people we spoke to Phindile. If I want to cancel something I have been waiting for ,for 3 months then I should be able to, what makes them so special to not want to cancel this device I don't even have the thing.I will never support this stupid company again.
