Appaling service from Vodacom! I have called there customer care line twice and was not satisfied with the answers I received to my inquary. Of a system error on there side concerning promotional data that Vodacom wants to bill me on. I have written a email to vodacom explaining in detail my issue and was told that someone will call me withing 24 hours to no avail. All channels to resolve this burden have been exhausted. You have forces my hand !
