Review 1 Vodacom

Through my Vodacom contract I purchased a Cat S30 phone. After a few months (still under warrantee) the phone started freezing and shutting down by itself. I took it back to Vodacom and they send it to Cat for repairs. Vodacom lend me a loan phone it were so old it could not load WhatsApp or any other apps. On receiving my S30 back they said that the software were uploaded again. On arrival at home I experienced the same problem. I took it back to Vodacom for the second time and they send it back to Cat again. On receiving it back they said that they installed a new hard drive. After inserting my sim card it started rebooting by itself, sometime up to 8 times a day. I laid a complaint with Cat but they said that I should refer the problem to my service provider who is Vodacom. I took the phone back to Vodacom and they said it is not their fault because they do not repair the phone, Cat is responsible. I am disgusted with their service and need answers
