Reversing of contract

Hi my name is Annah Madiba I have a problem with Vodacom contracts and rewards company or departments I do not know what to do now cause I've been calling your company for almost a month and I ddnt get any help and this moment I can't even call for help as my number is blocked for no reason so in this case it means I want or not I will pay for something I don't like or something I am not happy with just because someone never did thier job right I have spoken to so many consultants and Phindile Zondo and Nobuhlw Hola from rewards who reassured me that every the contracts will be canceled and reversed one the contracts with you now very funny I've been loaded with data which is not the what it was sold to me which the Brenda lady selling me. And this moment I won't pay for this contracts I cancelled and no one is willing to help me and I've been **** to by you consultants about everything I've been with Vodacom for more than a decade and this is how I am treated after so long and never gave Vodacom any problems regarding my payments and all. I have more names I can name at Vodacom what hurts is I never been rude when I call but my number is blocked I can't get any help from Vodacom now how I may going to raise my concerns nor queries with Vodacom I won't it means Vodacom has ****** me for my freedom of speech and is robbinge of my money of which I won't pay. In all of this is no one has ever came back to me and tell anything until this day from late July no one has called me for feedback none I now spend money to call. I am not gonna pay for something I don't want and something am not happy with I won't.Is for the 3rd time I write here on Hellopeter and nothing has being done
