Returning of Product

I called in last week Monday 10 Jan 2020 to arrange for cell phone to be collected and the consultant assured me that it will take 3 days here I am its 8 days no message from Vodacom or an update , the phone it was a suprice for my daughter who is in grade 12 so can they please collect this phone so I can apply for the one she love , the process to order to get the phone was awesome so I would expect the same when I need to return it tried to call again I been holding for too long.
