Returned Phone No Call received or Cancellation

I ordered a handset online two weeks ago, I called Vodacom on the day of delivery to collect the handset which they did the very next day as I also received an upgrade and decided not to go ahead with this contract and I am still waiting for someone to call me to acknowledge and cancel the contract.
