Returned Phone

<p>I have bought a phone through intellicell however it was not in a working condition. I was then called by Intellicell that they have arranged that I return it to springs as they have made arrangements with Pumie. She was very helpful in lodging the claim which was approved. The phone was returned if not mistaken the first week of august.... i have called springs several times and spoke to Lilinda because Pumie is on maternity leave... she is very very useless. I called her 2 weeks ago and told her the story she then promised to call me back.. she did not. I called her again on the same day she said she is very busy she forgot to call me back however the phone has been ordered. I called again on friday 2 September she said the phone hasnot arrived, she will check other branches and call me back. Till to day I am still waiting for her call... I am so sick and tired of following up and get lame excuses. I need to be contacted by Vodacom ASAP and i need to get a phone urgently. This is real bull**** that I cannot tolerate. I have been patient enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
