Returned and ********ly billed

<p>I was contacted by Vodacom's sales dpt called Mondeor Sales were i was offered a FREE router and 5G for the duration of my contract.....the sales lady kept on saying that nothing will change on my account as this service was "free". I confirmed with her 4-5 times that nothing will change on my account and she rep**** YESSSSS. I was called again by another lady confirming my address for delivery, she also said NOTHING will change on your current contract. I got the router & sim. I called Vodacom & asked them to collect the device and sim within 10 days of reciept & the consultant said she the transaction will be cancelled once the device had been received.</p> <p>To my suprise I have an additional number on my statement and I am billed R600.</p> <p>I have been try to resolve this issue for months with no avail.....being sent from pillar to post.</p> <p>I have had it with this nonsense....your consultants **** to me and then your company deducts money from my account without my permission - this is theft and ***** VODACOM.</p> <p>I am going to report you to the consumer ombuds if you don't resolve this matter ASAP</p>
