Return Order
I ordered a samsung s10 order number K ********** which was delivered on 27 February 2019 On the 28 of February I opened the package and showed my wife the phone She did not like it because it is to big so we contact vodacom online on the 1 March 2019 for return of the phone . It was an upgrade on ********** 560 ,the reason for my query is that I am hard hearing and would like to get confirmation that the return pickup has been arranged with Ram couriers,

I see that the handset Amount of R644 is still showing on my march 2019 account .Please could thy see that this amount will be rectified before monthend on my ********** 560 number
