Return of vodacom tablet
In April I recevied a call from a lady in the telesales department selling me a vodacom tablet. On the 29 April I have received and accepted the tablet. When I took the tablet home, my husband told me the cancel the tablet as this was unnecessary and just a nice to have. I then went into the Vodacom shop at Clearwater Mall to hand in the tablet but was told to call the call centre and ask them to collect it. When I called them this morning I was told that I cannot cancel the contract as it was 2 days past the 14 days, and should I wish to cancel the contract I must pay a cancellation cost of +_ R1500.00. Can Vodacom please have the tablet collected and my contract cancelled. Not even sure if this was mentioned over the phone that should I not want the tablet that the 14 days rule apply.

Please Help!!! desperate...
