Return of unusable equipment

We signed up for Vodacom LTE as our current ADSL supplier cannot provide the 4Mbps line they are charging us for. We received the router and then found out we have no right to configure the router - this means we cannot use it as configuring the router to our server is obviously ciritical. Phoning Vodacom for help has been an exercies in futility. Over and over again the phone was hung up. We got our IT guy to give it a try but no access to the router made it impossible. On 3 August and 4 August I sent e-mails to Meral Naicker to arrange for the return of the equipment. No response. I Phoned on Tuesday 8 August and spoke to someone who is yet to respond to the return after she promised me she will follow up on the same day. We have ordered something you have made impossible for us to use and now there is absolutely no assistance in returning the useless equipment and cancelling the contract. Is this really how you do business? What more must we do to return the equipment and cancel the contract as it is impossible to use when the router is blocked and cannot be configured and nobody from Vodacom is willing to come out to set it up?
