Retrieving my old cellphone number

<p>I've used my cellular phone number ********** 839 from 2004 in all my personal stuff</p> <p>This year in April my phone went for repairs and I was given a phone at work </p> <p>Now I want to revert to my old cellphone number and I am informed that it was taken back to circulation and will be given to someone else </p> <p>I have appealed to have it back to no avail </p> <p> </p>
