The retention and cancelation department that lady I spoke to is on top of her game problem solver customer service she provided was exceptional...my query is not resolved as yet

22 Feb 2022, 04:37I want to be called as per your promise and I can't deal with your *********** agents as I stated on my first review that I was misled and I don't want to listen to someone who doesn't know what they doing. I want the recording of that lady from Rewardsco where you outsourced your job to and it's not a threat I want to report this matter to ombudsman and since you don't have anyone to call me don't worry I will call I think it's best I cancel this whole contract I'm not impressed.
