Restricted sim card

I recently upgraded one of my data packages which is a 100g contract which I was told is throttled down to 10mb/s. What I wasn't told is that the contract sim only works in one specific router. If I knew this I would not have taken this contract since I have a household with many routers and a few data packages and routinely swap sim cards between routers. I want my sim card unrestricted so I can use it in my other routers. Also, I rarely get 10mb/s on my connection, and before anything is assumed, I get 24mb/s up and down on the same router with another data sim. This means I should get minimum 10mb/s up and down. A Vodacom representative told me to contact the vodashop but no, the buck stops with Vodacom. I was provided with a reference number if anyone is interested. #unrestrictmysimcard
