Restricted in what I can do with my OWN airtime

So my contract is up for renewal next week, so it seems like a good time for Vodacom to explain to my why I cannot use the airtime that I pay for on my TopUp contract, to transfer airtime to or buy data fmy other Vodacom line.

So every month I give you money and in exchange I get airtime, which I was told I can use as I see fit, apparently with the exception of transfering it, if I wish to transfer airtime, I cannot use the airtime I have already paid for, I need to go buy new airtime to use, as Vodacom seems to think that what I pay for, which I then in turn own is not in fact mine to do with as I choose, I pay for airtime and they get to decide what I can and cannot do with it.

So could Vodacom then please explain to my why after 16 years I should NOT cancel my contract?
