Resolution required asap

Hi Vodacom

On 14 January my Galaxy Note 5 was accidentally blacklisted by Vodacom. I am still paying for the handset (which is not cheap), but have had to buy myself a Vodaphone in the mean time in order to run my business - yet another expense.

I am done wasting my time and money 1) phoning your call centre 2) dealing with you on Facebook 3) dealing with you via email 4) dealing with you via one of your shops 5) waiting for 24 hours at a time to see if the latest fix is actually going to work.

I would like someone from management to phone me to make a face to face appointment at the head office in Cape Town, so that we can find a resolution asap. If I don't receive a phone call by the end of today, I will be going to ICASA.

p.s. This is the shortened version of all the time that I have wasted trying to get this resolved and I am tired of being treated like a number, and not a loyal client who has been with your company since I had my first cellphone (at least 16 years now).
