Resetting a Vodamail password!!!

I am trying to reset my email password but it seems impossible. Tried doing it the normal way but am told that I do not have a security question ... You can phone and press 1,2,3,4 and never talk to a human and get nowhere. Eventually, talk to customer care and was told to go into Vodacom. I had Gracia help me, did everything he could but it seems the emails he sends are ignored and no one on the other side gives a damn. This is after 2 days so not expecting miracles....... So maybe someone with a magic wand can phone or contact me...
