Reserved phone given to another customer
On the 25/09/2015 I went to upgrade on my contract, I asked that the phone should be kept till Monday 28/09/2015. On Monday morning I went the pay my upgrade fee and collect the phone but it was given away. I will only get my phone in two weeks now. Not very happy.
