Requires RICAd Simcard Number or Telephone Number for sim swop
I would like to know as I have RICAd with my ID number I have numbers which I need to know about as my data simcard I need the number to block it please. I bought this simcard a few months back and I would need to do a sim swop please.
My ID number is ***0 8 9 and my full name is Joseph Noah.
My contact number is ***and I enquiring any other number RICAd under my name for 2023 with Vodacom.
The last time I purchase 40G (20G anytime/20G night-owl)

20 Nov 2023, 16:56I went to the nearest store as requested by your call center consultant. With utter disappointment I was turned away by the store as they advised that they cannot do my request.. As I am a Vodacom customer the service from the call center consultant was poor
