Requesting Statement please

<p>Hi There, after phoning the contact center and they advice that they are unable to assist I am here once again please.</p> <p>I request a statement on my account reflecting the total amount of my account. I did receive the individual invoices for my 2 numbers but i need the statement reflecting the toal amount due / paid. I need this to claim from work and know its possible as i have been receiving this each month automated and when not received i have requested it and received it. I please need it ASAP as I need to have it submitted to our claims department today COB.</p>
