Requesting for a letter from court.

I app**** for a tablet 3G online and it was declined. I received an email informing that the application was declined and i should call ITC for information. A lady/gentman by the name of Malaika on the 16 March i forward a paid up letter from the attorneys and i was informed that a dept is working on the matter is they had systems issue, i kept on asking for feedback to only been told today been the 23 march that they need letter from court saying my name was removed from the judgement. I really find the following not sounding good enough for me if i could open any account using the same documents. Just for extra information a judgement stays on ITC for 5 years even when and if the account was settlement. or you need to get a lawyer and pay more money for them to remove it complete on ITC/Experian.
