Requesting Copy of contract documents

ii have received a wrong documents from vodacom on the 6/03/15.and since then i have been sent from pillar to post.and i am being requested to send documents that i have sent to vodacom on the 23/02/15.instead of them providing me with the required documents.they are busy sending me sms's requesting the copy of my contract documents.they seems like they dont understand their own processes,as they are busty refering me to one department to another.
