Requested cancelation never processed
On 4 May, I requested to cancel my contract via Instagram. An agent, user: mbulawath, contacted me telephonically, and we proceeded with the cancellation. I was explicitly informed that my final payment would be in June. However, I was shocked to find that the cancellation was never processed, I was then billed for an additional invoice (June, which was debited on 2july) I want that refunded.
I then spoke to another lady who ensured me that this time she would cancel and escalate the matter ref: *** and now I'm yet again getting another invoice for a contract I canceled over 2 months ago.
Please retrieve and review the call recordings between myself and Mbulawath and Thembeka Msomi to verify the details of our discussion and refund my money.
Additionally, I am frustrated to report that my follow-up messages on Instagram have been completely ignored by your agents. This lack of response is unacceptable and has only added to my dissatisfaction.

It was really refreshing to speak to someone who knew what he was doing and actually sounded like he likes his job and wants to help people. Please give him his flowers, if it weren't for him, I'd be canceling my Fibre as well. Issue resolved
