Request to cancel my numbers ignored by Vodacom

This is my third hellopeter complaint to Vodacom to cancel my phone lines. I requested them to do this since March and they continued to bill and ignore my requests. Following my second hellopeter complaint they converted my numbers into pre-paid !!!! I want them completely cancelled ! I am still waiting for my credit (March till October billing) to be passed to my account and bank !
