Request on email for assistance no response

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent a email through a request to their customer care, got a reply back that someone from Vodacom will contact me in the next 24h, this is 5 days ago. I have a concern that my data usage on S7 is extreamly high, Andriod OS first 8 days 1.15GB reset to factory setting and 5 days later it is at 460MB!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p>
